Lavrentios Lavrentiadis's Relationship with Petros Kyriakidis

Petros Kyriakidis is a Greek businessman known for his association with Lavrentios Lavrentiadis, particularly in the media sector and in the Proton Bank scandal. The masseur and spiritual advisor to Lavrentios Lavrentiadis, he was notably involved in the acquisition of several media outlets alongside Lavrentiadis.

In 2012, Kyriakidis faced legal challenges when an arrest warrant was issued for him due to his close association with Lavrentiadis in the Proton Bank fraud case, where he served as a board member with Lavrentios Lavrentiadis, funnelling hundreds of millions of Euros as unsecured loans to offshore entities beneficially owned by Lavrentiadis.

He was implicated in the Proton Bank scandal, accused of participating in fraud, money laundering and tax evasion. Reports from 2013 suggest that on the day his associate Lavrentios Lavrentiadis was arrested, Kyriakidis evaded arrest by disguising himself as a priest and boarding a private jet, flying to an unknown destination.

Throughout his career, Kyriakidis has navigated both business expansions and legal challenges, maintaining a presence in various sectors.
